If you love the rural places then a farm land is a good investment for you. Maybe a few hectares of farm land will do where you can build a small house. It can be a vacation place or simply your abode where you can tend your personal garden aside from the crops or trees that can provide you with the harvest to sell. It would be fun for a gardener like me to do the harvesting of fruits and vegetables. Take note that land is always appreciating in value.
