I went to a rural area last week to scout for a farm land. There is a hectare of rice field that was for sale. It is in a good location that looks ready for development. Now I got the offer, a cheap price of $20,000 only. It got me thinking on whether to buy or not. But admittedly it is a good investment. However, the downside to it is the distance from my home base. The trip takes 4 hours. If I would buy that then I would be going there rarely because of the distance.
