The so called "pre-con" is getting popular here when it comes to real estate. It is about 30% cheaper when you buy a condominium unit before construction against a unit that is ready for occupancy. But you have to shell out the down payment and also the subsequent monthly installments. However, take note of the risk that when the structure is not finished on time then it is like losing in the deal.
