Clean and honest elections

History is filled with anomalous conduct of elections whether in local or national one.

Vote buying in any forms is the major issue but nobody is found guilty and convicted by election tribunal or Commission on Elections (COMELEC).

Should there be a clean, honest and orderly elections? When? That's the question.

I don't think there will ever be clean and honest election.

Take for example the candidates that are currently campaigning in my country. There is one talking and verbally abusing the current president.

This candidate talks like he is sure he will be the next president in the coming election. This proves the election won't be honest.
