I am in the process of finalizing plans for a small community business in order to provide employment for the unemployed seniors in our village. My main concern is to make the life of the seniors more colorful even with a little income only. Think if there is a small eatery that will be handled by 5 to 10 seniors so they can earn something and at the same time they have an occupation. Now comes the problem of organizing and securing the funding.
