In the Philippines we see elections like a circus. There are so many activities to promote a candidate. There is the so called public meeting that comes with a raffle or party games for the audience. There's also the parade and procession that are sponsored by the candidates. However, we are in the pandemic era and those activities should be banned. But I heard in the news that candidates can ask for a permit to hold such activities for their campaign.
