A neighbor who is an avid pet lover is having budgetary issues. Now she is torn between buying nice food for her kids or for her pet dogs and cats. It is like she is scrimping on the food of her 3 kids in favor of the feed for her pets. What can I say about that? I actually have no opinion because I am also a pet lover and I do not want our pets to go hungry. But at the expense of the kids, gee, that is one dilemma that I wouldn't want to face. It is not easy to decide which is which.
