Having a backup of your important files

We are not talking of the computer only but also the phone. For sure your phone has a lot of pictures and videos. Do you care to save a copy of those pictures and videos to another memory card or to a USB drive? The files in my computer have a backup just for safety. In my experience I had 2 hard disks that got broken with the files there couldn't be accessed anymore. Fortunately I have an external hard disk for the backup so I only lost the not important files. For your phone, be sure to save the files every week so that your backup will be complete.

I wish I knew this earlier concerning the phone. Over the years, I've lost many photos and files that were important to me. I don't even have my pictures from seven years ago or five years ago. But when I get my phone, I will make sure backup daily so I won't suffer another loss.

I'm sorry for you that you won't be able to spare your old photos. Pictures are memories of our happy lives and they should be treasured and preserved for posterity. I have kept my picture when I was 10 years 60 years ago for I am now 70 years old.

It is important to duplicate documents and files for the safety. However, you should never make a backup copy of files to the disc on which the Windows operating system is installed. You’d better to keep the documents in a safe place to prevent unauthorized access to your files. My OS was out of service two week ago. In this regard, many important documents were deleted. Therefore, I had to make a raid data recovery. I always create a backup since then. Btw, you can also create a recovery point in emergencies. This will spare you a great deal of misery.
