Having too many pets can be overwhelming

A relative has 2 dogs outside the house and 4 dogs inside. Last month they got another dog so they now have 7 dogs. It is ironic that they are complaining about the caring of the dogs. I said, why so many when you can only manage maybe 2 or 3 for convenience. They agreed. However, they cannot give away some of their dogs and now they have to live with the 7 dogs. It is a problem to handle such many pets.

They could donate or sell some of their dogs, only if they want to. I can handle having seven hens but not even one dog. So I understand it can be very tough. I would prefer handling so many chickens compared to dogs.
