My friend's mother is a terminal case of cancer. She has cancer cells in her pancreas and liver. The doctor had given her some months to live. Now she is taking herbal supplements for the pain. Unfortunately there are times that the pain reliever has no effect. When I suggested that she goes to the hospital for consultation, the doctor prescribed her a continuous dose of pain reliever. Now she is doing good with mild pain only. She stopped taking herbal supplements.
