Home fire insurance is a must

For a homeowner the fire insurance is a must so it is like taxes and death that we cannot avoid. However, there are types of home insurance. What we avail is only the basic that covers damages to the structure. With the contents we did not include it in the insurance. We live in a suburban town and our village is not crowded so the occurrence of fire has a very low probability.

My home had no single insurance. We have rare cases of fire where I live. But a neighbouring slum has many cases of fire throughout the year. The reason we don't have an insurance here in the city is because the houses we live in belong to the hospital. I think the hospital has taken enough insurance to cover the houses.
