Hotels in Manila are currently closed

Even with the news report that hotels are now allowed to open most of the big hotels in Manila remain closed. They are better off as quarantine facility. At least the rental by the government of the hotel gives them regular income. I cannot blame those hotels because there is practically very, very few hotel guests that the overhead will just cause losses. I wish that the pandemic will end so that the tourism industry can stand up again.

How come businesses are still closed in Philippines? Its been a couple of months now that most businesses, hotels and restaurants etc are now open in India. How is the situation with Covid-19 in your country? are the numbers going down?

Am glad we are in 2023 and all these corona thing is over, it was really bad and it affected alot of people. I don't ever want such a thing to happen in the future.
