The title of this topic is not directed to the health aspect but more on the frugality. Meat is expensive here particularly the beef and pork. We eat beef or pork just once a week and sometimes we even pass. Our regular fare on the dining table is fish, vegetables and chicken. When we have beef in our home it is considered a special dish. With pork it is cheaper so we can have it once a week.
