My niece and nephew have invited me to join them as partners in starting up a business of a beach resort. My niece had already bought the property that is needing to be developed and the structure needs revisions. They admitted that profitability is not assured and the investment is a gamble. However, we have the resort for our own use whenever we want. That is a good argument. Now I am thinking about that investment.
