We have a tropical salad that goes well with fried fish or fried meat. The ingredients are green mango, greenish tomato, white onion and salted egg. All you need to do is to slice the tomato and onion then peel the mango and slice in cubes or mince it. The salted egg is also sliced to serve as toppings. You can add lettuce if you want or even some herbs depending on your taste. I have tasted that salad in Taal, that is the town of the Taal Volcano here.

We have that same tropical salad eaten and used in my country. Most people here eat it after eating their meals. It's delicious and healthy. It's easier and cheaper to prepare it at home than buying it in restaurants.
