This is a special dish that is one favorite of our family. The quail is a small fowl that has good meat. It is a common meat that is sold not only in the wet market but also in the supermarket. Here is the simple recipe.

Ingredients - whole quail maybe 2 pieces or more, red tomatoes, salt, potatoes if desire. You will notice that the ingredients are very simple.

Procedure - slice the body of the quail so you can put the red tomatoes inside. Use the rest of the red tomatoes as marinade that you will wipe with the exterior of the quail. After 30 minutes, sprinkle the quail with salt. Wash the potato and slice into half. Place the quail and the potato in the baking pan and start the oven. Bake for 30 minutes before turning the quail on the other side for another 30 minutes. The potatoes will also be harvested together with the quail.

Nice to eat with bread and soup.
