Steak tofu

I call this dish steak tofu but it it actually just tofu. The procedure is to cut the tofu in slices of about half an inch thick. Fry it slightly just to give the tofu some body (that it will not break into pieces). The dip or gravy can be soy sauce with vinegar and boiled with sugar. Another dip is the sweet and sour type. For flavoring, add pepper and salt on the tofu and try it to be brown and crisp. Slice the tofu in bite size so it will be convenient to eat with a fork.
