I have noticed that in our house there are always leftover bread. I am reminded of the good old days that my mother would bake pudding from the leftover bread. Okay, here is the simple recipe.

Ingredients are bread, eggs, sugar, milk (condensed and evaporated), cheese and fruits that you want to put as toppings.

Procedure - Break the bread into small pieces before adding the evaporated milk to melt t he bread. Later, the beaten egg and the condensed milk plus the sugar. Mix very well so that the mixture would be complete with the ingredients. Place the batter into the pie pan. Add the cheese bits and the raisins or grapes or even pineapple. Bake for 30 minutes until the pudding turns brown. Let it cool before serving.
