The good old pudding

My mother taught me how to bake pudding. The ingredients are leftover bread, condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, raisins or grapes. Tear the bread into small pieces. Beat 2 eggs then add 1 cup of condensed milk, 1 cup of evaporated milk, 5 tablespoon of sugar. Add the bread to the mixture and stir slowly until you have created a sort of gel. Before placing the mix into the pie plate, add the raisins or grapes in the location that you desire. Bake into 300 degrees for 30 minutes and that's it.

I make this bread pudding occasionally. It is very delicious and great way to use up leftover bread. Although I do prefer to add vanilla essence to the mixture.
