The price of lots have greatly increased

I had a trip this morning to see the lots being sold inside our village. It is a surprise that even in this pandemic when people do not have money to buy a property the price of the lots are exorbitant. Maybe the owners think that they can sell with such a price but I guess it will take years before a buyer would come. I have the cash to pay but I would not pay such a steep price for a vacant lot that is in our village.

It is the same here too. The lots in my village cost more than a million. I understand the area is fertile and there is supply of food throughout the year but the price is extremely high. I would rather buy in the coastal regions because it is cheaper and I could build a resort for the tourists.
