For the seniors, I know that this subject is popular. As a friend said that when you are 60 all you think about is your health which is your key to long life. But what those seniors do are against the rules for longevity. They eat too much, they eat anything. There's no exercise and their lifestyle have not change as if they are still young. Yesterday, I was in a birthday celebration. Everyone was surprised that I ate just a little. Not really a little but just enough. I have my self-discipline that may help me with my longevity.
